CADEC--Micromechanics - Fabric Reinforced Composites

Fabric Reinforced composites are analyzed in chapter 9, but the results are displayed in this page because a fabric reinforced lamina, described in detail in chapter 9, has the same type and number of properties of any other type of lamina, albeit with different values. In this way, a fabric reinforced lamina can be integrated in a laminate in the same way Unidirectional, CSM, and Experimental laminas are used to create laminates. CADEC calculates the Young modulus in the axial and transverse direction, Poisson's ratios, Shear moduli, as well as values of strength of fabric-reinforced composites using the methodology described in chapter 9 of the textbook, which is implemented in chapter 9 of CADEC.
